Course Description
This full day didactic course will focus on the evaluation and non-surgical treatment of common orthopedic conditions. Emphasized for each condition are clinical diagnostic pearls, physical examination skills, pitfalls to avoid, and a practical treatment approach for the primary care provider. A small group break-out session allows for the hands-on mastery of basic and advanced examination techniques relevant to the presented topics. The specific conditions presented are on at least a three-year rotation from our past conferences. A new session this year, “What’s New or Wow in Orthopedics” will illuminate some of the amazing breadth and depth of current surgical orthopedic treatments. Plenty of time is allotted for questions during the day and orthopedic surgeon specialists will be available for your specific case questions.Course Objectives
